Information Collection

Pharmacy Services for Prescription Refills: If you refill prescriptions, your name and prescription number will be collected through the Mobile App. Our use and disclosure of this information is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Communications: Acme Pharmacy may ask if you want to receive push notifications through the Mobile App for refill reminders or to alert you that your prescription is ready for pick-up.

Geo-location Data: We may track this information through our Mobile App. For example, we track this information through our Mobile App on your mobile device if you enable location-based services and allow us to access your location. We use this information for various purposes—including, but not limited to finding the closest store location and directions.

How Is Information Observed or Collected Through Technology And How Is It Used?

Like many other websites and mobile applications, we and our third-party service providers may also collect information about Mobile App traffic and usage patterns through the use of cookies, server logs and other technology. How Do We Keep Your Information Secure?

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Specifically, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for the areas of our Mobile App where we ask you to provide personal information.
